We aim to fulfill most orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Packaging

We pack each piece of pottery with extreme care using protective, eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Handmade items deserve gentle handling, and we do our best to ensure they arrive safely.

Damaged Orders

Sometimes, things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Just contact us as soon as possible with:
